100 supermans
1 minute plank

4x 30 forward lunges alternating right and left leg

Just some quick reminders...

- October fees are due this week. Make sure to bring me the receipt.

- The night of Halloween we will NOT be having practice. Tuesday (Oct 30) evening and Wednesday morning (Oct 31) we will have a Halloween swim with fun relays and snacks at the end

- We are officially registered as the UHMS (university of houston masters swimming) with US masters swimming. You will be able to register as a member of the club starting November 1, 2012.

- NOVEMBER 13 is the Winter Sprinter. Anyone who would like to participate please let me know. Events include 50 free, 50 back, 50 fly, 50 breast, 100 free, 100 breast, 100 back, 100 fly, 100 IM, 200 free, and 500 free and team relays. I encourage swimmers who want to participate in competitions next semester to participate.
